Online Ordering Now Available
We've made browsing and ordering our marketing services even easier with online ordering. How does this change impact you?
If you are one of Harvest's 28 Agency Clients there is no change to how you order any of your marketing service or direct mail. You will still work directly with your Account Manager to place orders and you will be invoiced monthly.
Ala Carte Clients
If you are not an Agency Client, you will now order marketing services such as emails, homepage highlights, landing pages, handouts, etc directly from our website. Once your order has been placed, your Account Manager will be notified and will contact you to discuss project details.
Direct Mail Clients
All direct mail will continue to be ordered through Ryan Atkinson and will first have a formal estimate submitted to you for approval. You will not order direct mail via the online portal.
How To Order
Existing Harvest clients have had an account created and an invitation will be sent. If you do not receive and email or are a new client, please request new client access via the "Log In" link at the top of any web page. In order to qualify for a login you must be an authorized Trek Bicycle Dealer in North America and provide complete information.
We've worked with an experienced development team in building the online ordering system, but we expect to encounter issues through the first few months of online ordering. Please be patient as we work out issues and feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns.
